You must register an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your details current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Employer Responsibilities

Employers agree to post accurate job descriptions, treat workers with respect and dignity, comply with all applicable South African labour laws, and conduct their own due diligence before hiring. Domestic Hub does not guarantee the suitability of any candidate and is not a party to any employment agreement formed through the platform.

4. Worker Responsibilities

Workers agree to provide truthful profile information, maintain the validity of their documents and certifications, and respond to interview requests in a timely manner. Misrepresentation of qualifications or experience may result in removal from the platform.

5. Verification

We offer document verification to indicate that submitted credentials have been reviewed. A verification status does not constitute a guarantee of a worker's character, competence, or background. We encourage employers to conduct independent reference and background checks.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain features, such as booking interviews or placement services, may involve fees. Fees are clearly disclosed before payment. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, and their terms apply to the processing of your transactions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform to post misleading content, harass other users, discriminate on any prohibited ground, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

Domestic Hub is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any relationship formed through it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
